The following info should help:

virtual-email settings

incoming server imap.virtual-email.com port 143
outgoing server smtp.virtual-email.com port 25

These are worth trying for any email account hosted by "virtual-email" including e.g. @rockleymanor.com

Use 'contract internet'on the phone (Vodafone UK)
