One of the most important bits of information which we would ask you to provide is the version number of BlueWhaleMail software you are using. This information is available on the Help screen in any version of the software:

It would also be helpful if we knew which mobile phone you are using. This is not always the easiest thing to determine. If you are having trouble, perhaps these posts from our FAQ forum might help you identify it: Select your phone from a picture and I do not see my phone listed.

Other pertinent information might include the name of your operator, country code, etc.
