Read this if you try to use BlueWhaleMail on Nokia N95 (or similar) phone and it reports that there was a problem with your APN or a problem making a connection to the internet.

In order to be able to use the application, you need to check that your internet settings are set correctly. To do this, you have to have the correct APN settings set in your mobile phone and configure BlueWhaleMail client to use those settins.

Configuring APN



1. From the main Menu select "Tools" -> "Settings"



2. Select "Connection" -> "Access Points"



3. From the AccessPoints screnn, select "Options" -> "New Access Point"



4. Enter the details for your Network operator on this screen. If you don't know what information you should enter, please see the forum:
What settings do I need for my network operator?

You should enter Connection Name, Access Point Name (APN), User Name and Password.



5. Next time you start the appication, the APN account you entered will be available to select from the login screen.
