Facebook made some changes to their site, and we needed to make some changes to BlueWhaleMail to adjust our service to their changes.

There's an update now available. If you choose Help/Update from the MessageList, it should download the update for you.

Hope that helps,
Michael

A newer version of BlueWhaleMail is now available for download.

You can do this from within BlueWhaleMail by choosing the 'Help' command from the main menu, then choosing 'Update'.

Hi WiRA,

Sorry you've been having problems.

We've been busy and have recently released a new version of the software. To download this, from the message list, select "Options", "8. Help", "Options", "2. Update software".

Please let me know whether this fixes your problem. If it doesn't. then please Private Message me with you phone make & model, and also the version of BlueWhaleMail that you're using. (You can see the version at the top of the Help screen - from the message list, select "Options", "8. Help".)

All the best,
Richard
